Welcome to Xport Freight, a logistics and container booking platform developed and operated by Olneva India Private Limited and distributed under the brand name Vorieon Technologies, owned by Devik Gupta, acting as a consultant for Olneva India. By accessing or using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you:

• Confirm that you are at least 13 years old (PEGI 3 compliance)
• Agree to comply with all the applicable laws and regulations
• Accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use Xport Freight only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Misrepresent identity or company details
• Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the App
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Access other users’ data or engage in fraudulent behavior

3. Account Responsibilities

To use the App, you must register and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your credentials
• Any activity under your account
• Promptly informing us of any unauthorized access

All content and trademarks within the App are the intellectual property of Olneva India Private Limited and/or Vorieon Technologies, unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or terminate services temporarily for maintenance or upgrades without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from app usage
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support@xportfreight.in

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to our data collection and usage practices, which comply with:
